We sell original, brand-new products. Product photos are provided for illustration; colours and packaging may vary slightly. Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT. We check prices regularly, but prices and availability can change. If a price or product detail on the website is clearly wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel the order free of charge.
When you check out, you send us an order request with the products, quantities and total shown at checkout. You receive an order number on the confirmation page. We then contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm availability and delivery. A contract of sale is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if the delivery address is outside our delivery area, if we cannot reach you to confirm, or if an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel, you will not be charged. If you paid by card, your card order is placed once the payment is confirmed; if we then have to cancel it, we refund the full amount to your card.
Online orders are paid by card or Cash on Delivery. Card payments are made on the secure payment page of our payment provider, Stripe, when you check out; we do not receive or store your card details. With Cash on Delivery you pay the order total in cash to the courier or our team when the order is delivered. Tabby / Tamara instalments are not available yet; if they are added later, this page will be updated.
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place your order. Delivery times are confirmed when we confirm your order. See Delivery & Returns.
You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp +971 55 321 5977 with your order number.
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty where applicable. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled as described in Delivery & Returns and in line with UAE consumer protection law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
