When you place an order online we collect your name, mobile number, email address, emirate, city/area, delivery address and any order notes, together with the products you order. When you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy terms also apply to that conversation.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising without your permission.
Only authorised NOORIX staff can view orders. We share your name, phone number and address with the courier only as needed to deliver your order. Orders are stored securely with our database provider (Supabase) on our behalf. If you pay by card, the payment is processed by Stripe on its secure payment page: Stripe receives your card details and email address, and we receive only the payment confirmation — never your full card details.
Your cart and wishlist are saved only in your own browser on this device (local storage) until you place an order. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil the order, provide warranty support and meet legal and accounting obligations.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us on WhatsApp +971 55 321 5977. We will reply as soon as possible, subject to records we are required to keep by law.
